Natural variation is a sign of authenticity. Our whole masoor dal is unpolished, non-hybrid, and minimally processed, so slight differences in colour, size, and appearance are completely normal. We source it from trusted farmer networks in Jharkhand and clean it carefully in small batches rather than processing it for cosmetic uniformity.
