We've partnered with Razorpay, a trusted and secure payment gateway, to ensure your online transactions are safe and protected. You can make payment with UPI, Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallet and Credit Card with automatic order confirmation.

COD (Cash on Delivery)

For our local customers or in exceptional cases, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. Please note that COD cannot be combined with any ongoing discount offers.

If you prefer COD in Amritsar, simply opt for Cash on Delivery as your preferred payment during checkout. If you are outside Amritsar and wish to avail of COD, please note that the COD option is unavailable on the front end. To proceed, contact us via WhatsApp at 708.798.4000 or care@satopradhan.com. We will promptly check the availability of COD for your address.

What If the payment not Accepted?

Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance, whether the amount is debited or not. If the issue persists, please contact us at care@satopradhan.com to notify us about the problem. We will manage the order manually for you.

Refund

Upon approval of your refund, we automatically initiate the process through Razorpay, our trusted payment gateway. Please allow 24-48 hours for the refund to reflect in your account; however, if after 48 hours you haven't received it, kindly reach out to us at care@satopradhan.com. 

In your email, include essential details such as the order number, refund amount, and refund initiation date. Our dedicated support team will promptly investigate the issue and ensure your refund is processed correctly.

FAQs

Usually, when a payment is successfully debited, your order is placed, and a confirmation message is sent to you on WhatsApp. However, in rare cases, if you haven’t received the confirmation message, please inform us immediately. In such rare instances, orders may take a few hours to be processed, so we kindly ask you to wait for 3-4 hours.

If your order still hasn't been placed after that, we will investigate further.

In cases where the payment isn't captured on our end, your payment will be automatically refunded to your account within 5-7 days. If you still wish to proceed with your order, you can either wait for the refund to be processed and place your order again, or you can pay again, and we’ll process your order immediately.

We recommend contacting your bank directly if you haven't received your refund within 5-7 days. The processing time for refunds can vary depending on your bank's policies.

Unfortunately, we only accept full payment when placing an order. If you cannot pay in full, we recommend waiting until you can complete the full payment before placing your order.

Once the payment is made and the order is confirmed, we cannot change the payment method. However, if you initially placed an order with Cash on Delivery (COD) and want to switch to prepaid, we can cancel your order. You can then place a prepaid order again or ask our team to place the prepaid order for you and share the QR code for payment.

Please note: The COD order can only be cancelled if not dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, no changes can be made.

Yes, we accept international payments, but please make sure your payment method supports international transactions. Depending on your bank or payment provider, you may also incur additional charges or currency conversion fees.

If you’ve accidentally paid more than the required amount, please contact us immediately. We will verify the transaction and issue store credits for the excess amount.

The amount for a prepaid order is automatically refunded as soon as the order is canceled. Please note that the refund may take 24-48 hours to reflect in your account.
