Standard Shipping
Delivery time may vary based on your location and the distance from our warehouse. To ensure transparency, here is a breakdown of our standard shipping times for different regions:
- Local Delivery (Amritsar): Same day (If we receive it within working hours)
- Regional Delivery (within Punjab): 1-3 days
- Zone Deliveries (Haryana, Delhi, Noida): 3-4 days
- Major Cities (Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore): 3-5 days
- Rest of India: While many orders are delivered sooner, please allow up to 6-8 days, depending on the distance.
Remember that these are only estimates; Delivery might be faster or face slight delays due to unforeseen factors.
Delays in Standard Shipping
Orders are typically delivered within eight days, counting the day of dispatch. Check out our order fulfilment process here. On rare occasions, if unforeseen delays occur, our delivery partner asks for an additional grace period of 5 days. It will be deemed lost if you have not received your order within 13 days. In these circumstances, on the 14th day, we will promptly dispatch a replacement via express shipping or provide you with a full refund.
Please note that we don't use express shipping for items containing liquids due to the higher risk of damage. In such cases, your order will be sent through standard shipping.
We cannot be held responsible for missed or delayed deliveries caused by curfews, government actions, natural occurrences, war, or public holidays.
International Shipping

Order Verification
During the fulfilment process, we meticulously cross-check all the details you provided, including the shipping address, phone number, and email ID. Our team will proactively contact you for clarification if we identify any incomplete or inaccurate information.
Please be aware that this verification process may experience delays. These delays can occur due to various factors, such as the inability to establish contact with you due to Incomplete/Wrong Address Details, Public Holidays, or Unexpected Events.
Packaging & Dispatch
After your order is verified, we promptly and carefully pack it to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We take environmental responsibility seriously, which is why we use 100% plastic-free, compostable, and biodegradable packaging whenever possible. In cases where certain products require extra protection and fully compostable options aren’t feasible, we make sure the packaging remains fully recyclable—so when disposed of correctly, it does not harm the environment.
During specific situations, such as the monsoon season, we may take additional steps to protect your order in transit. This may include applying shrink wrap to the outer boxes, as advised by our shipping partners, who sometimes require these protective measures for safe handling. Even then, we opt for oxo-biodegradable shrink wrap, which is a healthier alternative to traditional plastic.
Once your order is securely packed, it is dispatched without delay. However, please note that occasional dispatch delays may occur due to factors such as extended order verification or courier partners not scheduling pickups on weekends.
Order Tracking
Once your order is ready, we’ll dispatch it promptly and keep you updated every step of the way. You’ll receive both an email and a WhatsApp message with a tracking link, so you can conveniently monitor your order’s progress.
Please note that tracking details may take up to 1–2 days to become visible, depending on the shipping partner’s process. While this delay is uncommon, it can occasionally occur. You can also log in to your account on our website to track your order anytime.

Address Accuracy
Please try to provide an address located in the main city area. If your address is on the outskirts or a few kilometers away, delivery may take slightly longer. In rare cases, if the courier company requests you to collect your parcel from their nearest office, kindly contact us on WhatsApp for assistance.
Seasonal Delays
During peak seasons, festive times, or the monsoon, there may be slight delivery delays. We request your patience and understanding during such times.
Express Shipping
If your delivery timeline is more than 4 days and you need the parcel earlier (for example, before a birthday), we can arrange express shipping. Please WhatsApp us at 708.798.4000 with the required delivery date and your address. Express shipping charges are extra and depend on the order weight, with an estimated cost of ₹120 - ₹150 per kg.
Cash On Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option. However, please note the following terms and conditions:
- COD Charges: An additional fee of Rs 60 will be applied to all COD orders.
- COD Eligibility: COD orders are available only for orders below Rs 2000. Orders exceeding Rs 2000 must be prepaid using one of the available online payment methods.
- Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your COD order, please do so immediately before the order is dispatched. However, cancellations will not be accepted if the order is dispatched, and any refused parcels may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Refusal of Parcel: If you refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery, your account will be banned from placing future COD orders. Please only select COD if you are sure about receiving the calls from the delivery person and accepting the delivery.
- Availability: COD is subject to availability in your delivery area. If COD is unavailable for your location, please choose an alternate payment method at checkout.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Any incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delayed deliveries or delivery failure, which could affect your COD order eligibility in the future.
