Shipping

We currently do not offer scheduled delivery, as we rely on third-party courier companies and do not have full control once the parcel leaves our premises. However, once your order is out for delivery, the courier partner will typically give you a call—at that point, you can coordinate directly with them to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Yes, we ship across India, including many remote and rural areas. However, delivery times may be longer based on your location and courier service availability. To check availability, please WhatsApp us on 7087984000 and our team will update you if the area is serviceable or not.

You can request a change in your shipping address within 1 hour of placing the order. Please contact our support team at 7087984000 immediately to assist you.

The courier will usually attempt delivery again. If the delivery fails repeatedly, the parcel may be returned to us. Contact the courier or our team at 7087984000 for help.

If the orders are placed close together and haven't been processed yet, we may be able to combine them. Please contact us immediately after placing your orders.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to confirm reshipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.

While we request delivery agents to call before delivery, it ultimately depends on the courier partner’s policies and the agent in your area.

Yes, self-pickup may be arranged for local customers in Amritsar. Please contact us on WhatsApp to coordinate a pickup time. Otherwise, we offer doorstep delivery within 8 working hours for our local community members.

Returns & Refund

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged. Even in such cases, a return will be initiated only after a valid claim is reviewed and verified through an investigation.

No, we only accept returns of unused, sealed products in their original condition.

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them, or before dispatch. Contact support at 7087984000 (call/WhatsApp) immediately after placing order.

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, it is borne by the customer.

Payment

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for all orders upto Rs 4000. A nominal extra charge is applied, as levied by the courier company.

Usually, when a payment is successfully debited, your order is placed, and a confirmation message is sent to you on WhatsApp. However, in rare cases, if you haven’t received the confirmation message, please inform us immediately. In such rare instances, orders may take a few hours to be processed, so we kindly ask you to wait for 3-4 hours.

If your order still hasn't been placed after that, we will investigate further.

In cases where the payment isn't captured on our end, your payment will be automatically refunded to your account within 5-7 days. If you still wish to proceed with your order, you can either wait for the refund to be processed and place your order again, or you can pay again, and we’ll process your order immediately.

We recommend contacting your bank directly if you haven't received your refund within 5-7 days. The processing time for refunds can vary depending on your bank's policies.

Unfortunately, we only accept full payment when placing an order. If you cannot pay in full, we recommend waiting until you can complete the full payment before placing your order.

Once the payment is made and the order is confirmed, we cannot change the payment method. However, if you initially placed an order with Cash on Delivery (COD) and want to switch to prepaid, we can cancel your order. You can then place a prepaid order again or ask our team to place the prepaid order for you and share the QR code for payment.

Please note: The COD order can only be cancelled if not dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, no changes can be made.

Yes, we accept international payments, but please make sure your payment method supports international transactions. Depending on your bank or payment provider, you may also incur additional charges or currency conversion fees.

If you’ve accidentally paid more than the required amount, please contact us immediately. We will verify the transaction and issue store credits for the excess amount.

The amount for a prepaid order is automatically refunded as soon as the order is canceled. Please note that the refund may take 24-48 hours to reflect in your account.

Yes, you will get an instant payment confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp Message.
