How can I search for a particular product?

We have arranged all our resources in proper categories and subcategories, so you can find them easily as per your need. Otherwise you can click on the Search icon on the right side of the main menu and enter the name of the product you are looking for.

What is Cart?

It is the section that maintains a list of the items that you wish to purchase by clicking on Add to Cart Button. It allows you to review which products you have selected, make modifications i.e. add or remove items if needed and finally purchase your products by clicking Proceed to Checkout Button.

Where can I find currently running offers?

Currently running general offers will be displayed on the banner on top of the home page. However, the offers providing resources at heavy discounts can be checked under the Offers section.


What is my Account?

My Account is the section that allows you to track your active orders, see your order history and update your contact information including contact number and delivery address. My Account has the following options:

Sign In: It is the section where you need to enter your registered email address (which you used while creating an account on this website) and password. Signing in is mandatory for viewing your account details or taking any action such as adding items to the cart, placing an order, etc.

Checkout: it is the section where you can make payment for the order placed by you. 

Wishlist: It is the section that allows you to create personalized collections of products that you are interested in and save them in your account for future reference as you do not have an immediate intention to purchase them right now.

How can I create an account on you website?

You can click on the “Create an Account” option on the Sign-in page, fill your Personal Information such as First Name, Last Name, Email and Password on the next page that pops up and then click on the “Create” button to create your account. 

I have forgotten my password, how can I reset it?

You can click on “Lost your password?” option on the Sign-in page and enter your email address on the next page that pops up. Click on the Submit button and we will send you an email through which you can reset your password.

How can I place my first online order on your website?

You can simply select the items you want to order, add them in your “Cart” and click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button. You will then be asked to either Sign in if you already have an account on this website or Sign up to create a new account. Once the account has been created, you can continue with the Checkout process.

How can I make changes to my order before making payment?

You can simply add or remove items from your cart or adjust their quantities before checkout.

Can I add or remove items after placing my order?

You can modify your order within 2 hours of order placement and can inform our team about these changes by sending a WhatsApp Message at 7087984000. Please note that no updations will be possible after 2 hours.

How will I know if any item in my order is unavailable?

In such a situation, we will call to inform you about the unavailable items. Refunds (if any) will also be initiated within the next 24 hours.

Can I place an order online and pick up my order from your godown?

Yes! You can place an order online and pick up your order from the pick-up location in Amritsar.


How can I make payments?

We accept multiple modes of payment. You can make online payments using Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Netbanking, Mobile Payments, Paytm, Wallet and UPI (Bhim, PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, WhatsApp or Other UPI). Cash on delivery (COD) is not available.

Is it safe to use my debit/credit card to shop on your website?

Yes, it is. All transactions are completed via secure payment gateways. We do not store your card details at any given time.

Are any  taxes charged over and above the rates shown on your website?

No, we do not charge anything over and above the rates shown, except the delivery charges. All prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of all taxes.

Will I get an invoice for my order?

You will receive an invoice for your order through email. We care for the environment and don't send a physical invoice to save paper.

How long does it take to initiate a refund in case of order cancelation or product return?

We will initiate a refund within 24 to 48 hours but actual time involved will depend on the underlying bank policy.


When will I receive my order?

It depends on the delivery option you choose. The orders opting for standard delivery are normally delivered within 5-7 business days and those opting for express delivery are delivered within 2-3 business days.

How can I track my order status? 

Our courier partners will share tracking details of your order through email. You can use them to know your order status.

Can I change the delivery address for my order?

Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?

Yes, we will notify you through a call or e-mail.

What if I do not receive my order by the scheduled time? 

On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. In such case, our customer care team will inform you about the delivery status of your order.

Do you deliver on Sundays and during public holidays?

No, we do not offer delivery services on Sundays & public holidays.

Cancellation & Return

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please initiate the cancellation within 2 hours of the confirmed order creation. After that, order processing will commence and cancellation will not be possible.

Can I return something?

No we do not offer returns.

I have received my order in a damaged or broken state, what should I do?

You can send us a photograph of a damaged or broken item on the same day of delivery. If in case it has been damaged during delivery, then we will send you a replacement upon verification.
