How is it different from Basmati Brown Rice?

  • Indrayani Brown Rice is a better option if you need rice for preparing kheer or khichdi.
  • If you are a rice lover and enjoy eating rice, always prefer Basmati Brown Rice over Indrayani. You won’t miss the unhealthy white rice. On the other hand, Indrayani Rice looks a little mushy when cooked because of its extra soft texture and is best for preparing cheelas, idlis, uttapam, dosa, vegetable appam, etc.
  • Being moist, the Indrayani rice variety is more gut-friendly than the Basmati variety.

Note: Please add water equal to 3 times the rice quantity at one time.

Storage
Store in an air-tight container away from moisture & direct sunlight.
