At Satopradhan, we use the hot air drying method to make our dehydrated coriander leaves. Gentle heat and airflow remove moisture in a controlled, enclosed environment, ensuring even drying and preserving the natural properties of the herb. Unlike traditional sun drying, this method reduces the risk of contamination from dust or insects, giving you clean, hygienic, air-dried herbs that are perfect for daily cooking and seasoning.
