We avoid synthetic fragrances as they can irritate the skin and leave residues on clothes. While we usually prefer pure essential oils for other cleaners, our laundry liquid is intentionally kept unscented because essential oils can sometimes stain or affect certain fabrics. To ensure it works effectively on all fabrics, we have not added essential oils. This also makes the laundry liquid extra safe for baby clothes and for households with pets, as it contains no added fragrance or potential irritants. A strong fragrance is not a sign of better cleaning—truly clean clothes should have no lingering smell, only freshness from being genuinely clean.
