Bioenzyme cleaners are living, fermented solutions that continue to be biologically active even after bottling. They naturally release small amounts of gas, which creates a challenge:

• Glass can crack or burst from pressure buildup

• Metal can rust or chemically react with the acidic formula

• Food-grade plastic is the only safe, flexible material that won't react with bioenzymes

So while we'd prefer to avoid plastic, the science of bioenzymes makes it the only viable option. As a sustainable brand, we absolutely refused to contribute to the generation of new plastic.

Instead, we chose upcycled plastic bottles — sourcing, cleaning, and reusing existing plastic rather than manufacturing new containers. This approach:

Yes, some of our bottles might look "used" with minor scratches or imperfections — because they are!  The formula inside is fresh and powerful. The packaging outside is our promise to the planet.
