We employ a press extraction method, a mechanical and chemical-free technique that delicately extracts the thick cream from the coconut flesh, preserving its natural taste, nutrients, and oils. In contrast to high-temperature methods (UHT), which can diminish nutrients, change the flavour & often use various emulsifiers & stabilisers to achieve a desired texture, our technique produces a smooth, pure product while maintaining its nutritional integrity.

Our coconut cream is packaged in recyclable, food-safe tins lined with a food-grade coating to preserve flavour and ensure safety. The tin features grooves for better grip and an unlaminated paper-based label for sustainability. Made from 100% coconut flesh and water, our coconut cream offers a complete, wholesome profile that is as natural and nutritious as possible.

How Is It Extracted? 

1. First, white coconut meat is grated into fine shavings. Then, it is mixed with water (about 2%) and blended until it becomes a smooth, thick paste.

2. Now, this paste is placed in the hydraulic press. The hydraulic press applies intense pressure (imagine squeezing something with a lot of force), pushing all the liquid out of the paste.

3. The extracted liquid, now rich and creamy, is collected and immediately packed into cans. This method preserves the fresh, natural goodness of the coconut cream without using any heat, ensuring maximum flavour and nutritional value.

We do not recommend cooking this milk cream; add it after switching off the flame to maintain its purity and benefits.

To Make Thin Coconut Milk Cream
400ml of thick coconut milk cream can be diluted to make 2 - 2.5L of coconut milk cream with a lighter consistency.

Note:
Coconut milk cream may naturally separate into oil and water or solidify at or below 24°C. Stir well to restore its smooth, creamy consistency.


Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool, clean, and dry place (22-25°C) for optimal freshness. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, heat, and oxidisers.

Best Before:
Consume it within 18 months from the manufacturing date, as long as it remains unopened. After opening, transfer it to an airtight container, refrigerate at or below 5°C and consume it within 3-4 days.
