SHIPPING POLICY

All about How, When and Where we offer our Shipping services.

We offer nationwide Delivery across India. Our dedicated team operates from our warehouse in Amritsar, Punjab, ensuring our products reach every corner of the country. To enhance your shipping experience, we have partnered with leading courier services such as BlueDart, Delhivery, Amazon, and DTDC.

Standard Shipping

Delivery time may vary based on your location and distance from our warehouse. To ensure transparency, here is a breakdown of our standard shipping times for different regions:

  • Local Delivery (Amritsar): Same day (If we receive it within working hours)
  • Regional Delivery (within Punjab): 1-2 days
  • Zone Deliveries (Haryana, Delhi, Noida): 2-3 days
  • Major Cities (Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore): 4-5 days
  • Rest of India: While many orders are delivered sooner, please allow up to 6-8 days, depending on the distance.

Remember that these are only estimates; Delivery might be faster or face slight delays due to unforeseen factors.

Delays in Standard Shipping

Orders are typically delivered within eight days, counting the day of fulfilment. Check out our order fulfilment process here. On rare occasions, if unforeseen delays occur, our delivery partner asks for an additional grace period of 5 days. It will be deemed lost if you have not received your order within 13 days. In these circumstances, on the 14th day, we will promptly dispatch a replacement via express shipping or provide you with a full refund.

Please note that we won't use express shipping for items containing liquids due to the higher risk of damage. In such cases, your order will be sent through standard shipping.

Express Shipping

Here is a breakdown of our standard shipping times for different regions:

  • Regional Delivery (within Punjab): 1-3 days
  • Zone Deliveries (Haryana, Delhi, and Noida): 1-3 days
  • Major Cities (Maharashtra, Pune, Bangalore): 3-4 days
  • Rest of India: While many orders are delivered sooner, please allow up to 4-6 days, depending on the distance.

Remember that these are only estimates. Due to unforeseen factors, delivery might be faster or experience slight delays. If you wish to opt for express shipping and have any concerns, please contact our team; they will assist.

Delays in Express Shipping

Orders are typically delivered within four days, counting the day of fulfilment. On rare occasions, if unforeseen delays occur, our delivery partner asks for an additional grace period of three days. Your order will be deemed lost if you have not received it within seven days. In these circumstances, on the eighth day, we will promptly dispatch a replacement via express shipping or provide you with a full refund.

We cannot be held responsible for missed or delayed deliveries caused by curfews, government actions, natural occurrences, war, or public holidays.

International Shipping

We're glad to inform you about our partnership with DHL and DTDC for international shipping services. While we aim to make our products accessible to our global clientele, there might be limitations based on your country's policy.

  • The completed form or 
  • The list of the items you'd like to order, along with your shipping address

Once we receive your information, we'll check if we can deliver to your address. We'll then get back to you with shipping cost estimates based on your order's weight and location.

Damage on Delivery

If your order arrives damaged or the box appears tampered with, please accept the delivery and record an unboxing video. Contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery at 7087984000 or care@satopradhan.com, providing photos and the video as evidence. We'll promptly send you replacements for the damaged items and handle any claims with the shipping agency.

Why is Cash on Delivery (COD) not Available?

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available directly on our website. We encourage you to opt for online payment methods as they offer a smoother, more efficient experience without any additional charges. In the past, COD presented challenges with high cancellation rates and customers not being available for delivery, leading to extra costs for us.

If you're unable to make a prepaid payment, please don't hesitate to contact our team via WhatsApp at 708.798.4000 or email. We'll do our best to accommodate your request and explore the possibility of arranging a COD order for your location, subject to confirmation.
