SHIPPING POLICY

All about How, When and Where we offer our Shipping services.

We offer nationwide Delivery across India. Our dedicated team operates from our warehouse in Amritsar, Punjab, ensuring our products reach every corner of the country. To enhance your shipping experience, we have partnered with leading courier services such as BlueDart, Delhivery, Amazon, and DTDC.

Standard Shipping

Delivery time may vary based on your location and the distance from our warehouse. To ensure transparency, here is a breakdown of our standard shipping times for different regions:

  • Local Delivery (Amritsar): Same day (If we receive it within working hours)
  • Regional Delivery (within Punjab): 1-2 days
  • Zone Deliveries (Haryana, Delhi, Noida): 2-3 days
  • Major Cities (Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore): 4-5 days
  • Rest of India: While many orders are delivered sooner, please allow up to 6-8 days, depending on the distance.

Remember that these are only estimates; Delivery might be faster or face slight delays due to unforeseen factors.

Delays in Standard Shipping

Orders are typically delivered within eight days, counting the day of fulfilment. Check out our order fulfilment process here. On rare occasions, if unforeseen delays occur, our delivery partner asks for an additional grace period of 5 days. It will be deemed lost if you have not received your order within 13 days. In these circumstances, on the 14th day, we will promptly dispatch a replacement via express shipping or provide you with a full refund.

Please note that we won't use express shipping for items containing liquids due to the higher risk of damage. In such cases, your order will be sent through standard shipping.

Express Shipping

Here is a breakdown of our standard shipping times for different regions:

  • Regional Delivery (within Punjab): 1-3 days
  • Zone Deliveries (Haryana, Delhi, and Noida): 1-3 days
  • Major Cities (Maharashtra, Pune, Bangalore): 3-4 days
  • Rest of India: While many orders are delivered sooner, please allow up to 4-6 days, depending on the distance.

Remember that these are only estimates. Due to unforeseen factors, delivery might be faster or experience slight delays. If you wish to opt for express shipping and have any concerns, please contact our team; they will assist.

Delays in Express Shipping

Orders are typically delivered within four days, counting the day of fulfilment. On rare occasions, if unforeseen delays occur, our delivery partner asks for an additional grace period of three days. Your order will be deemed lost if you have not received it within seven days. In these circumstances, on the eighth day, we will promptly dispatch a replacement via express shipping or provide you with a full refund.

We cannot be held responsible for missed or delayed deliveries caused by curfews, government actions, natural occurrences, war, or public holidays.

International Shipping

We're glad to inform you about our partnership with DHL and DTDC for international shipping services. While we aim to make our products accessible to our global clientele, there might be limitations based on your country's policy.

  • The list of the items you'd like to order (excluding liquids & flours), along with your shipping address

Once we receive your information, we'll check if we can deliver to your address. We'll then get back to you with shipping cost estimates based on your order's weight and location.

Order Fulfillment

We strive to dispatch your items on the same day if your order is placed during our working hours. However, order verification is a crucial first step in our process, which can sometimes lead to slight delays. These delays can be caused by a few factors, including:

Order Confirmation

Upon receiving your order, you will promptly receive an automatic email and WhatsApp message from us to acknowledge the receipt of your order. After this initial notification, we proceed with the verification process.

Order Verification

During the fulfillment process, we meticulously cross-check all the details you provided, including the shipping address, phone number, and email ID. Our team will proactively contact you for clarification if we identify any incomplete or inaccurate information.

Please be aware that this verification process may experience delays. These delays can occur due to various factors, such as the inability to establish contact with you due to Incomplete/Wrong Address Details, Public Holidays, or Unexpected Events.

Packaging & Dispatch

After completing the order verification process, we pack your order promptly and efficiently. When it comes to packaging, we take environmental responsibility seriously. Our commitment to sustainability drives us to use 100% plastic-free, compostable, and biodegradable packaging whenever possible. While the nature of certain products may occasionally prevent us from achieving 100% compostable packaging, we always ensure that our packaging is fully recyclable. When disposed of properly, it won't harm the environment.

Moreover, in certain situations, particularly during the monsoon season, we may need to employ additional measures to ensure the safety of your package during transit. This could entail using shrink wrap on outer boxes, as advised by our shipping partners, who, for safety reasons, may refuse to pick up orders without the appropriate protective measures. While these measures are necessary to safeguard your order, we always strive to maintain eco-friendliness within the package's contents and choose oxo-biodegradable shrink wrap as a healthier alternative to traditional plastic wrap.

Once your order is carefully packed, it is ready to be dispatched. Please be aware that there might be occasional dispatch delays. These delays can occur due to several factors, including the reasons for the delay in order verification or when shipping companies do not pick up orders from us on weekends.

Order Tracking

Once your order is ready, we'll dispatch it soon. Rest assured, we'll keep you in the loop every step of the way. You can expect to receive a confirmation email and a WhatsApp message from us, both containing a tracking link. This link will allow you to track the status of your order conveniently.

Please note that the tracking details may be available after some time. Sometimes, the tracking information takes 1-2 days to become visible. This delay is uncommon but can occur due to the intricacies of the shipping process. You can also log in to your account on the website and track your order.

Furthermore, we assure you that a dedicated team member actively monitors and tracks your order. They are committed to following up on your order until it reaches you safely. Your satisfaction and the secure delivery of your purchase are our top priorities.

Cash On Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option. However, please note the following terms and conditions:

COD Charges: An additional fee of Rs 60 will be applied to all COD orders.

COD Eligibility: COD orders are available only for orders below Rs 4000. Orders exceeding Rs 4000 must be prepaid using one of the available online payment methods.

Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your COD order, please do so immediately before the order is dispatched. However, cancellations will not be accepted if the order is dispatched, and any refused parcels may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refusal of Parcel: If you refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery, your account will be banned from placing future COD orders. Please only select COD if you are sure about receiving the calls from the delivery person and accepting the delivery.

Availability: COD is subject to availability in your delivery area. If COD is unavailable for your location, please choose an alternate payment method at checkout.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Any incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delayed deliveries or delivery failure, which could affect your COD order eligibility in the future.

COD Payment Acceptance: Please ensure that you have the correct amount of cash ready at the time of delivery. The courier person may be unable to provide change if the total amount exceeds the available cash.
