Set of 4 Bamboo Toothbrushes - Bamboo Handles & Gentle Dual Layer Bristles- Colored markings for easier identification
What is PBT?
PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) is a high-grade engineering plastic renowned for its durability and eco-conscious properties. Unlike conventional plastics, PBT decomposes in soil within 90-120 days, making it a far better alternative to nylon and other non-biodegradable materials.
While we aimed to develop 100% natural bristles, we realised that achieving the necessary durability and performance without some plastic support was not feasible. Faced with this challenge, we chose PBT as a safer, more environmentally friendly alternative to synthetic nylon or traditional plastics, ensuring a balance between functionality and sustainability. Our dual-layer bristles combine a strong, long-lasting PBT inner layer with a natural bamboo charcoal-infused outer layer, providing a gentle yet effective clean while maintaining food-grade quality.

How they are different from plastic toothbrushes
Plastic toothbrushes have plastic handles and synthetic nylon bristles, so they continue to exist for generations on this planet and never decompose. However, these bamboo toothbrushes are earth-friendly; by using them, you contribute to preserving Mother Earth.
Note: Kindly keep the brush in a well-ventilated place after every use.

FAQs
The lifespan of a bamboo toothbrush is generally four to six months, just like a regular plastic toothbrush. We recommend replacing it once the bristles fray or after a few months of use to maintain proper oral hygiene.
You can choose what works best for you when it comes to toothpaste. However, we suggest natural alternatives like a simple homemade tooth powder made from equal parts of rock salt, turmeric powder, clove powder, or any trusted herbal tooth powder. Chemical-based toothpaste can disrupt your oral microbiome, which is key in maintaining healthy teeth and gums.
As for a brush cover, it’s completely optional. While covers are helpful during travel or when carrying your toothbrush in a bag to protect the bristles from dust and contaminants, they aren’t necessary for everyday home use.
To ensure your bamboo toothbrush stays fresh and lasts longer, always store it in a well-ventilated area where it can dry completely between uses. Avoid keeping it in closed or damp spaces, as moisture can lead to mould or bacterial growth.
