FAQs
This is a misconception about durum variety. While it’s true that durum wheat is commonly associated with processed foods like pasta, the form it takes matters. Whole-grain daliya is much healthier compared to refined products like pasta made from durum semolina. Durum Wheat for Pasta is highly processed and ground into a fine flour (semolina) to make pasta and other refined products. This process removes the bran and germ, leaving mostly starch. Daliya made from durum wheat is minimally processed. The whole wheat grain is simply cracked into smaller pieces, retaining the bran, germ, and endosperm. This makes it a whole grain, preserving its nutrients and fiber content. The organic label depends on how the durum wheat is grown. If it’s grown without synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or GMOs, it qualifies as organic.
Citrus bio-enzyme is a fantastic natural shampoo alternative, perfect for gently cleansing your scalp, removing excess oil, and leaving your hair feeling fresh and balanced. To use, mix 2 tablespoons of citrus bio-enzyme with 1 liter of water to create a gentle solution. Pour it over your scalp and hair, massage for a few minutes, and rinse thoroughly with water. Follow up with a conditioner or a nourishing hair mask to keep your hair soft and hydrated. Always do a quick patch test before trying it out to ensure it suits your skin.
To ensure comfort and effectiveness, we've incorporated extra margins in our velcro sizing. For example, if a wet pack is listed as suitable for a waist size of 28 to 40 inches, it will comfortably fit any size within that range, including all the measurements in between. This approach provides flexibility and accommodates individual differences. We hope this clarifies the sizing and fitting process for our wetpacks. The mix of darker and lighter brown grains in our hand-pounded rice is completely natural! This occurs because we use traditional method like hand pounding to gently remove the husk, leaving part of the nutritious bran layer intact. The bran is responsible for the rice’s unique colour and nutty flavour. Some grains retain a bit more bran, making them darker, while others are lighter in colour. This variation is part of the charm of hand-pounded rice, as it reflects the minimal processing that helps preserve the rice’s nutrients and natural qualities.
We would advise you to use brown basmati rice instead of brown Indrayani rice if you wish to give your son brown rice because it has a lesser carbohydrate content. This makes it a better option for a ketogenic diet that rigorously limits the amount of carbohydrates consumed.
