We grow sprouts as they are 30 times more nutritious than organically grown vegetables. They are the perfect example of “Living Food” i.e. the food that can be eaten while it is growing!
Similar to alfalfa in looks, clover sprouts are thicker & bigger with white stems & small green leaves with a milder taste.
Packed with protein, iron, vitamin C & high in antioxidants, they are a nutritious addition to your salads & a delicious garnish for soups & curries.
