We grow microgreens as they are 40 times more nutritious than organically grown vegetables.
Tiny, black seeds similar to chia seeds in looks, possess a refreshing flavour stronger than a mature sweet basil.
Sprinkle them raw as a garnish to soups, salads or curries.
Sweet Basil, Sabja, tukmaria
Store the seeds in a cool, dry & dark place, away from moisture and direct sunlight, and the grown microgreens in the refrigerator for up to 5-7 days by keeping the microgreens between two damp paper towels, in a sealed bag or container.
Note: Do not pre-soak the basil seeds before planting.
