We especially recommend choosing from our gentle and soothing options for little ones like Almond Shea, Haldi Chandan, or Baby Soap. These variants are crafted to be extra mild, nourishing, and free from harsh chemicals, making them suitable for delicate skin.

The crystallised layer you’re noticing is most likely due to the natural ingredients in our cold-processed soaps, especially in formulations that contain higher amounts of butter or glycerin. These natural components can sometimes form harmless crystals on the surface when exposed to air, temperature changes, or humidity. This does not affect the soap's quality, safety, or performance. You can continue using it as usual or rinse the soap under water to remove the crystal layer before use. This is one of the signs of a truly natural, chemical-free soap.

While lye (sodium hydroxide) is used in the initial soap-making process, it is ultimately used up during saponification, which is the natural reaction between oils and lye to create soap and glycerin. This means that in the final soap, there is no lye left at all — just gentle, skin-loving soap.
